We seem to hear from lots of potential clients at this time of year---maybe its the urge to get things done before summer vacation starts.
    At any rate, we are presently over 95% full. But we do have three nice offices coming open on June 1st. Please call if you would like to take a look.
    And don't forget our Annual Ice Cream Social, scheduled for June 20th (rain date June 21st). Come celebrate the first day of summer with a cone or two. The ice cream truck will arrive at 1:00 PM--just get in line and choose your favorite flavor!

First, we have replaced the furniture in the small conference room with nicer furnishings. We've also spruced up the center so that everything looks shiny and new. View photos of the center.

Last and not least, a new cafe has just opened on the first floor of our Bridgewater building. The Cafe at 991 serves salads, sandwiches, soups, and desserts, all made fresh daily. The first reviews from our tenants have been very positive. And it's nice to know we can get lunch on snowy days without leaving the building! Take a virtual tour.

It was a great pleasure reconnecting with old friends and making new ones. Frank Cottle's group is full of intelligent, fun, dynamic folks from around the world, representing a wealth of experience and wisdom about the Serviced Office Industry.
I always return from the ABCN meetings with ideas about how to make OfficeNJ better for our clients. The latest gathering was no exception. Stay tuned for announcements about the new features we plan to roll out in coming months.
